Do I need an account to buy a report?
No. Pay with a card and the report unlocks in your browser instantly, with a receipt sent to your email. Access lasts 30 days on that carrier.
What counts as a report?
Unlocking the full data on one carrier. Pro includes 30 reports a month; re-opening a carrier you already unlocked within 30 days is free and does not use another report. Just browsing a carrier never uses one.
What happens when I use all 30 Pro reports?
You can buy an extra report for $6.99, upgrade to Team for unlimited reports, or wait for your monthly reset. Advanced Intelligence (related entities, exports, QuickScreen) runs on separate credits.
How many carriers can I monitor with Pro?
Monitoring uses the same credits as other Advanced Intelligence features, separate from your 30 report unlocks. Each enabled signal costs 1 credit per check, even when nothing changes. With four signals per carrier, budget 120 credits for daily checks or 20 for weekly checks over 30 days. Ten such carriers need 1,200 credits daily or 200 weekly. Monthly Pro includes 500 credits per billing cycle, so daily monitoring of all ten exceeds that allowance before other usage. Annual Pro credits are granted for the year. Setup shows your current balance and an estimate; credits are charged per check, not reserved upfront. Extra runs can add cost. Alerts pause when credits cannot cover the next check.
Where does the data come from?
Official FMCSA sources — carrier census, inspections, crashes, and insurance filings — refreshed continuously and cross-referenced with historical records that snapshot sites don't keep.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, self-serve from your billing page. Your reports remain available under their existing access terms. Monitoring also requires enough credits for each check.
